Hair Tips:
* We use and recommend Pureology and Redken Hair Care Products.

* Professional Products are more concentrated than over the counter products. A bottle of Redken Shampoo is $13 and should last approximately 3 months. Pureology is $27 and lasts about 5 -6 months. In the long run, it is less expensive to use professional products. They are not watered down and keep your hair healthy.

* We use and recommend bareMinerals skin care and make up. Call for a complimentary demonstration.

* Use a wide tooth comb on wet hair instead of a brush.

* Do not wrap your hair in a towel any longer than absolutely necessary. This causes hair to dry uneven and will resulted in unwanted frizzies.

* When pulling your hair up in a clip or pony tail, never pull it tighter than necessary and don't put it in the same place all the time. This will avoid tension breaks, those little pieces you see sticking out are not new hair, they are broken.

What is "Fun Stuff?"

Sometimes we just need to share creative ideas and get a "pick me up". This page will be a combination
of great ideas, praise reports, inspiring thoughts and other fun things. Email us your fun stuff and we will add it to our page. As our client, we also want to promote your business by adding a link to your web page. Email us your webpage and we will post it for our clients to see.

It's Supper Time! ..... Or not!
In today's busy times, it is crucial that we set aside time to sit down at the dinner table as a family. Just like yours, our family is sheduled to pieces. Football, Soccer and Hunting Seasons are all in for the boys; not to mention Mom and Dad working to keep dinner on the table. Since dinner at the table is not always possible for us, our family has started having breakfast together. We rise at 6am, Robbie and the boys get their showers while I get breakfast on the stove. Imagine that, I don't like to cook! We try to be at the table by 6:15 or 6:20, bless our food, eat and try to have conversation (without morning attitudes if at all possible). After we eat, Robbie reads from "The Daily Bread" and we discuss the bible lesson. The lesson usually steps on all our toes. I encourage you to try this at least one week and see how it will bless you. You can serve frozen waffles or cereal, it's not about the meal.

Coupon Tips:

Saturdays: Buy a Virginia Gazette. It has the coupons that will be in the Sunday paper. It only costs $.75 so if I like what's in the first one, I buy about 5. The Sunday paper has the ads for the week as well as coupons, but if you know someone who already gets this and doesn't use them, it will save you $2. Finally on Wednesday, the Tidewater Review comes out. It only costs $.50 so if I like the coupons for that week, I buy 5 or 10.

Stack em: Get your grocery store weekly sale ad, find what you use and buy it on sale. Add a coupon
(Farm Fresh in Norge doubles up to $.99) and you get a bargain.

Farm Fresh has been doubling $1 coupons every Wednesday this year. Yes, that means $1 becomes $2 off. Bloom triples up to $1.99 occasionally. Kmart doubles $2 (becomes $4) once a month.
